Pete is an extremely skilled broker who understands the Front Range market as well as anyone. He helped me find a home where I wanted to live at a great price. To Anyone seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and ethical Real Estate Agent, I must give 5 Stars to Pete Psotny. I don’t give 5 stars to anything or anyone easily. As an experienced real estate investor and having bought/ sold property since 1986 in 4 states, I find it frustrating to find a good real estate professional. It is hard to find one that has depth of experience, knowledge about how to look at/inspect/evaluate a property, who understands and knows how to work with investors/investment market, AND who listens to the client’s input, respecting the client’s own experience. Pete is all those things.
